  6. To ensure a transparent, effective and progressive supervision to stimulate the development of the creative industry and communication technology.
  7. Responding to customer complaint quickly, right and respectful in a period of time following:
    • Acceptance declaration within 3 working days;
    • Initial feedback within 14 working days; and
    • Public complaint status report in 1 months.

8. Ensure bill and invoice disbursed in time 14 days from complete document acceptance date.
